What’s the difference between these two Wonder Woman action figures?

I’d like to purchase the Kingdom Come (Alex Ross) figure of Wonder Woman, but I’ve seen there’s the first wave and then a KC Reactivated model. They seem the same to me, can you please be kind to tell me the main differences between the two?
